Studio, One-bedroom, and Two-bedroom apartment homes available through the Affordable Workforce Housing of Atlanta.
The 33 affordable apartments at Iris Old Fourth Ward are restricted to those households with 60% of Area Median Income (AMI). AMI is calculated annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Development (HUD) and is the combined average household income for the full Atlanta metropolitan area.

ADDITIONAL RENT AND FEES

Parking: $30.00 per month | Reserved $75.00 per month.
Utilities: Residents are responsible for GA Power, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, Pest Control, and Technology Package per month.
Pet: Two pets per apartment max, weight and breed restriction apply. Pet rent is $20 per month per pet and a one-time pet fee of $350 for one pet and $700 for two pets will be owed.
Deposit: $300 up to one month’s rent (Studio, one, and two bedroom).
Application Fee: $100 per applicant over 18 years of age.
Admin Fee: $250 per applicant over 18 years of age.
